Questions for a birth mom to ask potential adoptive parents at first meeting?

I have picked out 3 couples who I want to consider to adopt my baby. I have asked the agency to be able to meet with all couples a few times to get to know them better. Next week I'm going to meet the first of the parents I've picked. What kind of questions could I ask them, seeing that it's our first ever meeting that will give me a good idea of what they are like without being too nosy?
