Best computer monitor for viewing X-rays?

I need a new LCD monitor for viewing X-rays on at a private dental practise. I need a high resolution LCD monitor, no bigger than 22" that costs less than �200. For viewing the X-rays, it would need to have a good contrast ratio. I can't use a CRT monitor as I don't have the room. What would be the best one to buy?
