Would you pay more taxes to educate felons in prison?

prisoners watch a lot of TV and manipulate the entire welfare system while doing illegal activities. they have no fear of anything. they aren't required to work and that is the fault of our government. we need new rules because the old rules aren't working and people aren't afraid to go to our prison system, it's better than most of their family's home situation. they are parasites and they should be earning a living so they have some self worth and not have their handout to suck up taxpayers hard earned money.
