Could These be the Causes of My Weight Loss Plateau?

you just have to keep everything simple, if you stress too much it could also affect your weight loss. With your workouts you just have to keep them short and intense. Prolonged periods of exercise would not benefit you as much as rigorous working out and stressing your body out. If your workouts seem too easy or too boring u need to add some variety and resistance. Make sure you get at least 8.5hrs of sleep. not only does your body need sleep it will keep your health in track, if u dont eat enough it could casue your body the extra need to binge because your body didnt recover and needs a hit of food. Try relaxing throughout the day taking deep breaths whatso and it might help with your sleeping and clear your head. To hit through a plateau just up intensity, nourish yourself and enough sleep. Remember if you enjoy it, it wont feel as bad. Hope it helps, if not let me know
