Why do they always quit selling the food products I like?

That happens to me all the time. I go onto the products website and find out that they do sell them, but just not in my area anymore. I like the Lays Staks Spicy BBQ, it was always sold out, but they just stopped selling them after awhile, there was a Dorito flavor that I loved, and I don't see it anymore either.
