Will the FIA allow the "liberal" translation of the rules on the Brawn car to stay?

Last year Ferrari et al were "allowed" to keep their engines to the detriment of Renault. Will the same be true in 2009 I wonder? I think not,but if the FIA do make a ruling to ban Brawn's design please make it 5 races in....
