Question about fertility drugs?

I have been tracking my bbt and checking cervical mucus and position.. and for the past two months i do not believe that i have been ovulating.. I have only checked for those two months so i may have not been ovulating for longer than that. My question is if i were to go on Clomid in order to help me ovulate would i be able to see my family doctor for it.. or would i have to go to a fertility specialist??
