Pinched nerved in neck, pLease help ?

I would try Accupuncture. I had a lot of problems with neck/shoulder pain, and went to one, and it really helped! Unfortunantly, I couldn't afford to go as often as the doctor wanted me to, since my insurance didn't cover it. But it does help!
