Can You Help Me Find A Horse..........? Please Help.....?

So I've been looking for a horse all year now and everyone I've went to look at was either ugly, wasn't rite for me, or they bucked me off. So I need help; I've been looking on Craigslist.com/Horseville.com/Dreamhorse… and nothing so I need help if you guys will help me please. So I want either a registered quarter horse, paint, or an appaloosa horse don't care about the gender as long as its not a Stallion, doesn't matter about the color either, but the horse has to be above 14.1 hands high, good with other horses(my horse is going blind), doesn't spooky easily at things, trained in western or both styles, and good for a beginner (not a complete beginner thou. And it has to be in either WV, OH, or KY, but mostly has to be pretty close to WV. Thanks a lot for helping me and no rude comments please thanks!
