Can Multiple lesions of varying size shown through the cerebral white matter and brain stem be ms?

can this diagnose be multiple sclorosis? my MRI Scan shows Multiple lesions of varyinig size are show throughout the cerebral white matter and brain stem. The temporal lobe wihte matter is invloved. There are also numerous lesions in the cerebellar white matter. Please help
