Any ideas on what bit my horse?!?

Those holes are not too far apart to be snake bites. Some snakes get quite big. I would say those are definitely fang holes. I would suggest calling the vet BEFORE he stops breathing but it sounds like you don't want to hear that. You could hose him to attempt to keep the swelling down but that'll be awfully hard on his face like that.
